You see some special cases e.g. for Polarity the machines do test some components without polarity marker this means you have more tests as needed.

For Value tests you see the machines check 84 of 96 components, but the design contains 205 relevant components. The machine results are ok with 87.5 % but for the complete board this is only 40.98%

The Coverage Score is a helpfull scoring value to compare different machine settings. The calculation is Percent All (P+P+V+S)/4 without unit.
